One-Stop Shop

FKG Equipment strives to be a one-stop-shop for everything you and/or your franchisees may need to outfit a new location. This includes equipment, smallwares, furniture, lighting, construction materials, graphics, flooring, decor, electronics, etc. Since we have the capability to buy in bulk and store at our warehouse, this greatly reduces shipping costs as everything can ship together. If something you are needing does not exist, we also have extensive experience custom designing and manufacturing whatever is needed!

No Lead Times

Have you ever had an opening pushed back due to long lead times? What about a piece of equipment that goes down, and the lead time for replacement parts is longer than you expected? At FKG, we stock all of your equipment and essential parts in our own warehouse, so you can be assured that lead times are virtually eliminated. With highly trained warehouse staff, photographs of everything before shipment, and a partner freight company that runs direct trucks from us to you, you can be assured that freight damage is virtually eliminated as well!

Service Team

There is nothing worse than having a piece of equipment go down during a busy day, and then having to spend your time tracking down the serial number, service technicians, scheduling repairs, fighting for warranty coverage, and all that comes with it. At FKG, we have an in-house service team that handles all of that for you! They will pull serial numbers, schedule repairs, expedite things if needed, work to get warranty coverage, and keep you in the loop along the way, freeing you up to keep your business running!

Installation

Throughout the years, FKG has built a personal network of trusted, local, certified installers nationwide (and internationally) that offer turn-key installation packages for whatever is needed. This can include walk-ins, ventilation, equipment set-in-place, shelving, drink machines & lines, white glove delivery services, and everything in between. If you need something installed, FKG will make sure it is handled properly!

24/7 support

We at FKG always want to be available and have developed many ways of doing that. First, we never outsource customer service or use automated systems – if you call our office, you will be speaking to someone in-house. Secondly, every account will have dedicated Project Managers, and you will be supplied with their direct lines so that you can reach them immediately whenever it’s needed. Lastly, we have designed custom management software that you will have access to, that shows real-time data into every project – whether they’re active, already completed, or in the pipeline. We make sure that you will always have access to whatever information or answers that you need, 24/7.

On top of this, our in-house art team can assist with any custom decor, graphics, or accessories that you may be interested in!
