The following maintenance items are recommended by the manufacturer per the listed schedule.
| Daily | – Wipe down hoods (with a mixture of laundry detergent and water: dilute 1/2 cup of laundry detergent with one gallon of warm water) – Empty grease drip pan |
| Weekly | – Clean surfaces, grease filters, grease drain, and hood temperature sensor |
| Bi-Annually | – Schedule hood cleaning and check (Check for grease or air leaks, check belt tension (if applicable), clean ductwork, clean fans) |
| Annually | – Schedule hood cleaning and check (Check bearings, belt ware (if applicable), bolts and screws, and motor) |
