03Maintenance schedule

Daily	Wipe down hoods (with a mixture of laundry detergent and water: dilute 1/2 cup of laundry detergent with one gallon of warm water) Empty grease drip pan
Weekly	Clean surfaces, grease filters, grease drain, and hood temperature sensor
Bi-Annually	Schedule hood cleaning and check (check for grease or air leaks, check belt tension (if applicable), clean ductwork, clean fans)
Annually	Schedule hood cleaning and check (check bearings, belt wear (if applicable), bolts and screws, and motor)
