| Annually | - Clean the evaporator *IF NECESSARY (PM Service company recommended)
- *The evaporator coil does not require routine cleaning. However, ice can occasionally build up on the evaporator coil, which will prevent the unit from operating properly.
- If the evaporator coil becomes iced over, turn the unit off and allow the ice to thaw naturally. Leave the unit powered off until the ice has completely melted. Allow service technician to accurately diagnose the root cause of the issue
