Cleaning
  • Remove juice jug and pulp container. Disengage the locking bar, pull up the entire juice collector assembly and take it to the sink. Rinse all parts after use (except the motor base) under running water, then wash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth. Rinse and wash as soon as possible after use to avoid food drying onto blades, mesh, or transparent parts.
Pulp Container
  • Line the pulp container with a biodegradable bag to minimize cleaning.
Motor Base
  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth then dry thoroughly. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord. Do not immerse the motor base in liquids.
Cleaning Agents
  • Do not use abrasive scouring pads or cleaners on the motor base or jug, as they may scratch the surface. Use only warm soapy water with a soft cloth.
Dishwasher
  • All parts except the motor base, juicer cover, and food pusher are dishwasher safe, but regular dishwasher use can shorten their life due to detergents, hot water, and pressure. Inspect parts regularly and stop using if damage is noticed.
Filter Basket
  • Clean thoroughly immediately after use — dried pulp can clog the fine mesh pores. Soak in hot soapy water for 10 minutes if needed, then use the supplied cleaning brush in a circular motion inside and outside the basket. Check against a light source for blocked pores; soak in hot water with 10% lemon juice if blocked. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleansers, and handle carefully as it's easily damaged. Dishwasher safe on the top shelf. Caution: the center of the basket has small, sharp blades.
Stubborn Food Stains
  • Strongly colored produce may discolor plastic parts. Wash immediately after use to help prevent this. If discoloration occurs, soak parts in water with 10% lemon juice or use a non-abrasive cleaner.
