Warranty Info:

1 year warranty on part only; no Labor.
Sealed refrigeration system carries a 5year warranty.

Purchased parts hold a 90 day warranty.

The following maintenance items are recommended by the manufacturer per the listed schedule.

Daily

– Rinse each nozzle and diffuser in warm water.
– DO NOT use soap or detergent. This will cause foaming and off-taste in finished product.
– Wash cup & rest and wash in warm soapy water.
– Clean Drip Tray with warm soapy water
– Wipe off all of the unit’s exterior surfaces.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE SOAPS OR STRONG DETERGENTS.
– Reinstall the cup rest, diffusers, and valve nozzles.

– Exterior surfaces

Weekly– Taste each product for off-tastes.
– Check the level of water in the water bath and replenish when needed

Monthly

– Clean the dirt from the condenser air filter using a soft brush.
Bi-Annually

– Clean and sanitize the unit using the appropriate procedures outlined in the Cleaning and Sanitizing

Annually– Clean the water bath interior, including evaporator coils and refrigeration components.
– Clean the entire exterior of the unit.
