Please make sure the slicer is not in use while performing any maintenance work.

Daily	Clean slicer surfaces Wash and sanitize blade cover and remnant holder Lubricate product protective lever with Bizerba H1 food grade oil only Brush off debris from sharpeners
Bi-Annually	Preventative Maintenance by a licensed technician (if applicable), e.g. sharpen blades, recalibrate slicer, etc.
