| Daily | - 1) Turn off the station and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. 2) Trays should be removed, washed in a high temperature dish machine, rinsed and sanitized; do not use abrasive or corrosive chemical cleaners. 3) Cleaning may be done with a mild detergent and damp cloth; do not use spray cleaner. Do not fill with water to clean, do not immerse warmer in water, do not saturate warmer surfaces with water, do not use abrasive or corrosive chemical cleaners, and do not use sharp objects to scrape clean. The ThermoGlo Food Warmers are enclosed in a stainless steel wrap and are by no means water tight. 4) Clean station base with a damp cloth and cleaner degreaser; do not immerse station in water, do not use caustic cleaning solutions, do not fill with water. 5) Allow sufficient drying time before attempting to use.
