03Maintenance schedule

Daily	Equipment should be cleaned on a regular basis, especially the front and interior. Warm, soapy water is recommended for cleaning the exterior; other cleaners may harm the finish if not rinsed promptly. Clean the door gasket and sweep gasket (walk-in only)
Quarterly	Inspect door gasket and sweep gasket for wear and proper sealing Clear the refrigeration system condenser area of dust or other residue
Bi-Annually	Refer to the 'RSG Recommended Preventative Maintenance' document. All bulleted actions should be performed by a licensed and authorized refrigeration technician. Authorized technician list: https://norlake.com/contact-us/service-locator/
Annually	Door parts (hinges, handles, walk-in door closer) should be reviewed for wear and potential replacement.
