The following maintenance items are recommended by the manufacturer per the listed schedule.
| Bi-Monthly | – Wipe down exterior. – Use a damp cloth containing a neutral cleaner to wipe off oil or dirt build-up. |
| Monthly | – Exterior water supply: check appropriate water supply and change the filter if necessary. – Ice Machine Exterior: wipe out dirty exterior part by applying neutral detergent onto the soft cloth. – Storage Bin and Door: Wipe out with a soft cloth. |
| Bi-Annually | – Licensed refrigeration company hired to perform preventative maintenance on portion labeled “Every Six Months” on section 4.1 table and all of section 4.2 in Blue Air Maintenance & Cleaning |
