The following maintenance items are recommended by the manufacturer per the listed schedule.

 Daily

– Any stainless steel exterior should be wiped with mild  soap and water.

– Wipe off door gaskets, door liners and inside of the box with mild soap and warm water.

 Weekly

– Drawer assemblies should be cleaned weekly. Both the  drawer and the tracks are removable without tools.

– If the unit has a well drain line or condensation drain line, an  inspection for debris should be conducted weekly to ensure  proper operation. If clogging or debris is found, use a pipe  cleaning brush to clean out the hoses.  Normal operation may loosen drain lines, inspect for loose hoses. If you notice water accumulation on the inside of the unit, inspect if the evaporator condensation drain line tube  is loose or disconnected. If you notice water underneath  the unit, inspect the drain line tube properly inside the  evaporator pan.

 Monthly

– Inspect any gaskets for tears and verify proper sealing.

– Clean condenser coil. How dirty the coil is will determine the method to clean it.

– Method 1:

Remove light build-up with a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment. Brush fins from  top to bottom not side to side. Shine a light through  the coil to make sure there is no dirt inside the coil.

– Method 2:

Clean moderately dirty fins with compressed air blowing from the inside out and also brushing if needed.

– Method 3:

If the condenser coil is loaded with grease or other debris you may need to use a coil cleaner. This can be purchased from a kitchen equipment dealer. Make sure to follow the directions on the cleaner.
