The following items are recommended by the manufacturer per the listed schedule.
| Daily | Wipe down hoods, empty grease drip pan |
| Weekly | Clean surfaces, grease filters, grease drain, hood temperature sensor |
| Bi-Annually | Check for grease or air leaks, check belt tension, clean ductwork, clean fans |
| Annually | Check bearings, belt wear, bolts and screws, motor (Request SDV through FKG Equipment) |
